If you ever have an incident it well be the services from Fire and Emergency who are your first responders.
It is a requirement that you lodge your Emergency Response Plan with Fire and Emergency under Regulation 5.10(1)(b) as per the bottom of this page
It helps first responders to know what they will be looking for and to assist them in advance with as much information as possible

5.10 Availability of emergency response plans
(1) A PCBU who is required to have an emergency response plan for a workplace
must ensure that the plan is available to--
(a) every person identified under regulation 5.7(3)(b) as being responsible
for implementing the plan or a specific part of it; and
(b) every emergency service provider identified in the plan.
