Our goals are to
- minimise distraction to you and your teams
- keep your staff and our inspectors safe by using a "no personal contact" approach to visits
- visit early to give you time to provide compliance requirements
- use offsite time to contact you directly via email / phone
- ensure we give you clear written notification of what evidence we require from you to complete the compliance
- accept your evidence through a [email protected] rather than bits and pieces sent to individual inspectors this will make things much more efficient at our end which in turn provides a better service to you
- ensure there is no interruption to your supply by following up where evidence is outstanding and your site is at risk of not complying in time.
What you can do (Lets work smarter not harder)!
- collate all evidence together (dont send in bit by bit)
- send one email to the [email protected] with ALL EVIDENCE attached and your site name in the subject
- attempt to get the evidence required within 7 days of notification of requirements - this way we will not hit a bottleneck as things fall due and put pressure on your teams and ours.
These are unprecedented times and we want to work with you to ensure the safety of all, but most of all
