  HSNO Codes of Practice and guidance information

HSNO codes of practice have not been rebranded into WorkSafe documents.  This is because they were previously approved by the EPA and therefore have an official standing in law.  Neither has the guidance and information previously published by the EPA been rebranded.  This information is available on the WorkSafe website, but as EPA publications.  They are still applicable and relevant until such time as the new Health and Safety at Work Act and the accompanying regulations come into effect.
